Game One Calgary Flames Faceoff against the Chicago Blackhawks in the Stanley Cup Playoffs

Today is the day we have all been looking for game one of the Stanley Cup playoffs between Calgary and Chicago. I think the NHL couldn't have asked for better matches up these two cities have some history in the Stanley Cup playoffs. And on the benches Keenan was one of Chicago's best Coaches Darryl Sutter use to play and coach for them and Adrian Aucoin was there Captain and they gave up on Rene Bourque, Also Jim Vandermeer played for Chicago. Calgary and Chicago have played allot of games against each other in the playoffs and had so good wars. I remember the last time they met in the playoffs Chicago beat the Flames in 6 to go all the way to the final to lose to Patrick Roy. That was a fun series J.R. and Roy trash talking each other all the time Roy had the best line {I can't hear him with both my Stanley Cup rings plugging my ears} that was great. The new Blackhawks have a big test against them which I don't think they can get past but they will learn. And the next time there in the playoffs they will probly take it all but you never know they can do it this year as well if the Flames don't play there A game it will be an easy sires for Chicago.

Now the Flames have to play the Blackhawks with a hard fore-check the Chicago D are no match against Jarome Iginla and if Bertuzzi plays his A game that everyone in Calgary is hoping for the Chicago D are in real trouble. Then there is the Chicago forwards they are very good and fast but small Calgary's D has to hammer them every time they touch the puck. Make them sacred to go in front of the net so Kipper can see everything if kipper sees the puck he will hold the fort in net. I really hope Dion has a great sires plus I hope Keenan doesn't play him to much let him rest whatever is bothering him I'd rather have 80% Dion playing 18 minutes of ice time then have him screw up and look like a moron. When Dion's a 100% then play he his usual I don't like seeing Dion getting beat and I don't think it's good for his development. If we want to go far in the playoffs Dion and Bertuzzi have to be playing at a 100% I think they are our X factor if they play awesome no one will stop the Flames.

So tonight will be interesting but not set in stone for either team it will come to whoever wins 4 thank and good luck Calgary and Chicago.

P.S. hope the refs let these guys play hockey no phantom calls
